Quality Assurance
Quality Assurance at FSCS
Forces School & College System has established its Quality Assurance Department that
- Provides Quality standard operating procedures (SOPs) which act as criteria for System schools.
- Ensures the implementation of given SOPs in system schools.
- Gives action plan(s) for system improvement which is also called System Improvement Plan (SIP).
- Gets a constant feedback and monitor the outcomes.
Purpose
Quality assurance (QA) ensures the preclusion of mistakes and defects in our services and their implementation process as \”part of quality management focused on providing confidence that quality requirements will be fulfilled\”. It is the systematic measurement, comparison with a standard, monitoring of processes and an associated feedback loop that confers error prevention.
Methodology
Quality Assurance mechanism in FSCS comes in place even before signing of the MoU. It ranges from selection of school building and its lay out arrangements to all administrative, academic and financial procedures. It provides proper guidance on quality criteria to the System Associate(s), managers, administrators, teachers in their respective domains. By having processes, we provide a structured work environment that makes it easier for school staff to know their responsibilities and help them focus on performing their job the best way they can.
Quality Assurance Cycle
Outcome
With the completion of quality assurance cycle, we make sure that FSCS system schools perform much better in their respective areas of work. Constant feedback and subsequent action plans improve existing practices that in turn improve the whole system of FSCS schools. System improvement brings better business opportunities for our schools alongwith a quality system.
